William L. Strong opened our doors in 2002 with a simple idea: people deserve an insurance agent who actually knows them by name. More than two decades later, that's still exactly who we are.

Our office is built from the same plateau fieldstone you see across Crossville — sturdy, honest, and made to last. Being an independent agency means we aren't tied to one company.
